We love weddings! They are such wonderful, romantic, occasions for family and friends to celebrate together and we want you to be able to relax and enjoy your day, knowing that all of the little details are taken care of.
We understand firsthand how much goes into organising a wedding and how daunting the planning process may seem at the beginning, but please don’t panic. We want you to have the day of your dreams and we work closely with each bride and groom to ensure your requirements can be met.
From the marquee, right down to the napkins, we can provide a range of services and advice to make everything much simpler and leave you more time to enjoy being engaged!We can advise you on the size marquee you will need for your number of guests, plus any additional smaller marquees you may require for caterers or bar areas.
Our internal ivory linings then help to complete the look of the marquees for a wedding, as they soften the overall structure, hiding the framework and electrics, and create a gorgeous blank canvas for all the other decorations. Black star cloth linings are also available and can be particularly effective over the dance floor area. All of our linings can also be used for internally lining village halls.
There are three flooring options: brand new event carpet available in a colour of your choice from a huge range of colours to match your chosen scheme, ‘once used’ event carpet, which is carpet that has been out on hire once before but is still in good enough condition to use again (however we cannot always recommend that this option will be available and the choice of colour will be limited) and finally, a solid wooden flooring with a special non-slip surface, ideal for sites which are a bit uneven.
What furniture goes into the marquee is then entirely up to you. We have various tables and chairs to choose from, as well as bar units, bottle fridges, sofas, coffee tables, dance floors etc.
Some venues or caterers may already have their own linen, but if not then we are happy to provide you with this. We have a variety of different coloured table cloths, overlays and napkins to choose from as well as beautiful chair covers and sashes.
There are then various lighting options to choose from for both inside and outside the marquee.
We can also help you with discos, live music, toilet facilities, generators, heaters, air conditioning, caterers and catering supplies, floristry and full stocked and staffed bars.
We can also help with all of the finishing touches to your marquee, such as laying the tables for you, wedding favours for your guests, children’s goodie bags, and additional decorations like bunting and lanterns.

Once we have an idea of what you will need and have checked that the site you have in mind is suitable, we will provide you with a fully itemised quotation.
Please don’t worry if you haven’t yet found a location for your marquee. We have a number of different venues we can recommend, depending on what it is you are looking for.Once you are happy with your quotation it will need formally accepting, which is done by both a 25% deposit and also a signed booking form. However, if your requirements change along the way and you wish to have a larger or small marquee, or if you want to change any internal elements, then this is fine, just let us know as soon as you do.
The remaining balance is due ten working days before your marquee set up begins but we will be in contact with you before then, just to check that you are happy with all the details and if there are any final changes.
